The London Bakery supplies hand-finished artisan breads and pastries to some of the top hotels and restaurants in London.

After many years working as Head Baker at The Capital Hotel and at the Terence Conran's Le Pont de la Tour, Thierry Tellier decided to set up his own business, supplying hotels and restaurants with excellent quality breads.

Using time honoured methods, techniques and ingredients, including the best quality French flour, The London Bakery produces the most delectable range of foodstuffs this side of France. Choose from an extensive range of speciality breads and pastries, from traditional rye bread to organic, yeast free sourdough, made from 100% natural ingredients and additive free.
