Most of our breads can be made as round (R), bloomer (B) or tin (T) loaves and can be pre-sliced if required. Please contact us for further details.

Below is a list of some of our traditional breads:


   
  

Ciabatta
400g classic Italian loaf baked with extra virgin olive oil. Plain, with olives or tomato & basil. Ideal for great sandwiches.

     
  

Focaccia
400g another classic Italian bread made with extra virgin olive oil. Available with rosemary and sea salt, green olives or onions’

 

     
  

White Bread Tin
700g made with fine baguette flour to give a wonderfully light texture, this is a highly versatile bread.

 

     
  

White Bloomer
800g the classic shaped white bloomer is ideal for chunky sandwiches.

     
  

Light Rye Bloomer
800g a blend of rye and wheat flours give this bread a light texture, a soft inside and a crusty outside. Also available with green olives or caramelised onions

     
  

Dark Rye Bloomer
500gr a blend of strong rye flour and a little wheat flour create this dense dark loaf, a perfect complement to cheese, pickles, and eastern European dishes.

     
  

Mixed Cereal Bloomer
800g with 5 cereals ( oats, wheat, rice, rye, barley flour ) and 3 seeds ( sunflower, sesame & pumpkin ), this loaf is full of wholesome goodness.

      

   
  

Mixed Cereal Loaf
500g contains 5 cereals (oats, wheat, rice, rye, barley flour) and 3 seeds (sunflower, sesame & pumpkin).

     
  

Mixed Cereal Tin
800g with malted grain, the bread develops a slightly sweet & sticky character making a delicious and healthy multi-use loaf.

     
     
  

Campagne Bloomer
500g a traditional French ‘country bread’ which is made with a blend of strong rye flour and some wheat flour, making it the perfect accompaniment to a hearty meal.

     
  

Wholemeal Bloomer
800g a flavoursome and healthy bread full of protein & fibre.

     
  

Wholemeal Tin
800g a hearty yet healthy bread full of protein & fibre, an ideal multi use bread.

     
  

Campaillou
500g a French ‘country’ sourdough loaf, thick crusted with medium holes and a rich, earthy taste.

     
  

Sandwich breads
