ORDERS
Orders placed directly with The London Bakery should be made before 3pm on day prior to delivery, please leave a voicemail message on 020 8961 7640, or fax the order to 020 8961 7646.
By arrangements, orders can be placed with the office before 3pm on the day prior to delivery, please call 020 7808 0600 or e-mail bread@capitalgroup.co.uk.
All orders for the weekend and following Monday must be received by the Friday before 3pm.
DELIVERY
We deliver 7 days a week in Greater London. Delivery is free in central London for orders over £25.00 per day, otherwise a delivery charge of £5 will be added.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide a safe place for deliveries, as The London Bakery will not accept responsibility for goods stolen or damaged. All goods should be inspected upon arrival & damages or shortages immediately reported.

PAYMENT
You will receive a daily delivery note considered as proof of delivery, followed by a weekly invoice. Account is to be settled in full 7 days from the end of the month of the invoice, in line with the monthly statement.
