How to keep and store the bread

When baking your own bread or buying in:

  1. Respect oven temperatures and baking time guidelines
  2. Do not keep bread for more than 48 hours, although some breads like sourdough can keep longer
  3. Keep breads wrapped in linen for better preservation
  4. Warm the bread for 2-3 minutes before serving, in a very hot oven at 250ºC so it doesn’t dry out.
  5. Enjoy!
