How to keep and store the bread

When baking your own breads or buying breads:

  1. Respect all oven temperatures & baking time guidelines
  2. Do not keep bread for more than 48 hours, although some breads like sourdough can keep longer
  3. Keep breads wrapped in linen for better conservation
  4. Warm the bread for 2-3 minutes before serving in a very hot oven at 250ºC so it doesn’t dry out.
  5. Enjoy it!
